Vandal Varnish is a smooth-surface graffiti remover designed to remove spray paint from non-porous, indoor, painted and sensitively coated surfaces. Its water-based, self-neutralizing formula penetrates graffiti paint without removing or damaging the underlying surface when used as directed.

Directions
Spray the surface with Vandal Varnish. Allow 1–5 minutes to penetrate and loosen the paint, then wipe the surface clean with a hand towel. Coverage varies with surface texture and application method. Follow the complete label for use on sensitive coatings.
