EffloXpert by Wash Works Supply - 1 Gallon

EffloXpert is a multi-surface acid cleaner for removing efflorescence, calcium, calcium carbonate and hard-water stains. For professional use only.

Applications

The label lists concrete, brick, pavers, limestone, sandstone, riverstone, exposed aggregate, stucco, shingles, EIFS, glass, synthetic stone, anodized aluminum and unpolished marble. Stronger concentrations can etch concrete for paint or coating preparation. Always test surface compatibility in a small, inconspicuous area.

Dilution guidance

• Thick calcium stains and concrete preparation: 1:1 to 1:4.

• Medium stains: 1:4 to 1:8.

• Light stains: 1:8 to 1:12.

• Powdery coverings: 1:12.

• General masonry cleaning: 1:8.

Adjust dilution for stain severity and surface porosity and texture. Always add acid to water, never water to acid. Start with cold water in the bucket, then add product.

Directions

Pre-clean with a pressure washer to remove oil and debris. Mist the surface so it is damp, then apply with a pump-up or handheld sprayer. Let dwell for 20 seconds to 3 minutes without allowing it to dry. Scrub with a hard-bristled brush or broom, then allow 1–15 additional minutes of dwell time as directed on the label. Pressure wash and flush thoroughly. Repeat if needed.
