Enclosed Pressure & Soft Wash Trailer Build
 
This enclosed trailer build is designed for contractors who want a compact, efficient, and professional-grade system capable of handling residential and light commercial work with ease. Every component is laid out with functionality, safety, and space efficiency in mind—no wasted room, no unnecessary complexity.
 
Pressure Washing System
 
At the core of the build is an 8 GPM pressure washer powered by a CRX engine paired with an Udor pump, delivering reliable flow and consistent performance for flatwork, siding, and surface cleaning. A Whisper Wash Little Big Guy surface cleaner is included, making quick work of driveways, sidewalks, and concrete surfaces.
 
Soft Wash & Chemical Application
 
The soft wash system features a 7 GPM, 100 PSI Delavan pump paired with a ¾” blend manifold with an integrated flush valve, allowing precise chemical control and easy system maintenance.
This setup also offers full downstream capability, using a 3-way ball valve that lets you run sodium hypochlorite or straight water through the injector.
 
Tank Configuration
 
The trailer includes four 100-gallon slimline tanks, providing:
300 gallons of water capacity
100 gallons dedicated to chemical
7-gallon soap tank
 
This layout maximizes onboard capacity while keeping the trailer balanced and easy to maneuver.
Hose Management & Plumbing
 
Efficient hose management is handled by three 18” Titan manual hose reels, set up with:
 
150 ft of ¾” water feed hose
200 ft of ⅜” high-pressure hose
200 ft of ⅝” soft wash hose 
 
All plumbing is strategically routed underneath the trailer, reducing trip hazards, protecting lines, and freeing up valuable interior space for easier movement and cleaner organization.
