From Rejection to Revolution: Our Journey with FNA Group and the Dual Wash Pro

Some partnerships are built overnight.
Ours with FNA Group was built through grit, persistence, and a shared vision to redefine what professional washing equipment can do.
The Rough Start
Our relationship with FNA didn’t begin like your typical business-to-business connection. When we first called to bring their equipment into Wash Works Supply, we were told something no motivated entrepreneur wants to hear:
“We don’t sell to companies under five years in business.”
Most people would’ve accepted that and moved on.
But that’s not who we are.
We called back — and this time, we got a different rep who gave us the time of day. We told him who we were, what we stood for, and what we were trying to build. That one call started a relationship that would shape the future of Wash Works Supply.
The Misunderstanding That Almost Ended It
As our relationship grew, FNA set up an in-person visit. When their rep arrived at our shop, another manufacturer’s rep happened to be there. What happened next was wild — that rep told the FNA rep we weren’t interested in their products and that he was my father.
Within hours, I got a call from our FNA contact asking what changed. At that point, I had no idea this had even happened. Unfortunately, that misunderstanding cost us credibility and set our relationship back to zero.
But if there’s one thing you should know about us, it’s this: we don’t give up.
Rebuilding From the Ground Up
We kept pushing. We began stocking Simpson and Delco equipment — brands within the FNA Group — and quickly realized we could help them improve their products.
As contract cleaners ourselves, we saw small gaps between what the manufacturer built and what contractors in the field actually needed. We started offering honest feedback — suggestions that would help both the manufacturer and the end user.
That collaboration changed everything.
We weren’t just another dealer anymore — we became a partner in development.
The Moment That Changed Everything: The CETA Show, 2024
Fast forward to Orlando, 2024 at the CETA PowerClean show.
That’s where we saw it for the first time — the Dual Wash Pro.
One system. Two functions.
Pressure washing and soft washing in one unit.
We knew immediately: this was a game-changer.
We didn’t leave the FNA booth for long. We spent hours talking with the engineers, the president, and the service team. We shared ideas, feedback, and field knowledge — and they saw the value we brought to the table.
Bringing the Dual Wash Pro to the Midwest
After that event, we told the FNA team about our upcoming Wash & Learn Midwest show in Chicago. We wanted the Dual Wash Pro to be front and center — with live demos showing exactly what it could do.
Leading up to that show, we tested, tuned, and tweaked everything we could. (Let’s just say a few “unofficial experiments” were done in the name of performance testing — and yes, we always put it back the right way afterward!)
Through that process, our partnership with Simpson Delco grew closer than ever. They saw the value of working with real contractors who live and breathe this work — and we saw what it meant to have a manufacturer that truly stands behind its equipment.
Why the Dual Wash Pro Stands Above the Rest
The Dual Wash Pro isn’t just another machine — it’s innovation done right.
Performance: Shoots 65–70 feet vertical depending on GPM.
Power: Up to 3,000 PSI with smooth transition from pressure to soft wash.
Versatility: Switch modes while running — no shutdown required.
Warranty:
CRX engine: 3 years + 2-year extension when registered.
Nickel-plated pump head: Lifetime warranty.
At Wash Works Supply, we’ve always said:
“A machine is only as good as the warranty — and the people who stand behind it.”
That’s why our partnership with Simpson Delco continues to thrive.
They don’t just build machines — they build confidence. And we’re proud to stand beside them.
Built by Washers. Backed by Experience.
What started with a rejection turned into one of the strongest partnerships we’ve ever had.
The Dual Wash Pro represents everything we believe in — innovation, collaboration, and reliability — backed by a manufacturer that listens and a dealer that knows what works in the field.
Because when you combine a powerhouse manufacturer with a team of true contractors —
you get something the industry’s never seen before.
